1. What you’re agreeing to
By using Vibecheck (the VS Code extension and companion website at letsvibecheck.ai), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Vibecheck.
2. What Vibecheck is
Vibecheck is a VS Code extension and companion website that helps you learn to build with Claude Code. The Service may change — features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any specific feature will remain available.
3. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person per account. The information you provide must be accurate.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at help@letsvibecheck.ai.
4. What you can do
Use Vibecheck for personal learning and professional development. Access lessons, setup tools, and integrations as intended.
5. What you can’t do
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
- Scrape content or data from the Service
- Share your login credentials with others
- Redistribute lesson content
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service
6. Intellectual property
Vibecheck owns the product, brand, lesson content, and all original materials. All rights reserved.
You retain ownership of your own code. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of code you write while using Vibecheck.
Open source components are acknowledged under their respective licenses.
7. Lesson content
Lessons are licensed for personal use only. No redistribution, republishing, or commercial use without written permission.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranty of fitness, merchantability, or non-infringement.
We are not responsible for data loss. Lessons are educational content, not professional advice.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you’ve paid us in the last 12 months.
We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Vibecheck harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. On termination, your account will be deactivated and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
The following sections survive termination: Intellectual property, Disclaimer, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, and Dispute resolution.
12. Dispute resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through mandatory binding arbitration under the laws of the District of Columbia. Small claims court is an exception.
You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. How we handle changes depends on the type:

| Non-material changes | Clarifications, formatting, adding new sub-processors, expanding features. Updated on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after update means acceptance. |
We will never retroactively reduce your rights without notice.
14. Business transfers
If Vibecheck is acquired, merged, or sells substantially all its assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We’ll notify you via email before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. You may close your account before the transfer takes effect.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Additional terms
Paid features
Some features of Vibecheck are free and some may require payment. If you purchase a paid feature, you agree to pay the applicable fees displayed at the point of purchase. Paid features may have additional terms presented at the time of purchase.
We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Refund policies, if any, will be stated at the point of purchase.
User-generated content
If you submit content through Vibecheck (such as feedback, comments, or community posts), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the Service.
We will not use your submissions in marketing or external materials without your permission.
You are responsible for ensuring your submissions don’t violate others’ rights. We may remove content that violates these terms.
Team accounts
If you use Vibecheck as part of a team or organization, the team administrator may have access to aggregated usage data and team settings. Individual activity (such as lesson progress) is not visible to administrators.
The administrator is responsible for ensuring team members comply with these terms. Individual rights (deletion, data access) still apply to each team member.
